About Us
Health By Movement is a local non-profit organization in London, Ontario, dedicated to promoting physical fitness as a key component of preventative health, injury prevention, and overall well-being as we age. We launched this initiative to make fitness education and training more accessible to the many adults in our community who are eager to improve their health. Led by Brenden Blanco, a personal trainer and fitness educator, our programs provide such individuals with the tools to enhance mobility, functional strength, endurance, and more.
We are hoping to raise enough funding to continue offering free fitness programs to as many members of our community as possible.
If you're interested in helping fund or support our programs, please reach out to us at contact@healthbymovement.ca—we’d love to connect with you!
